& I’m in a love-hate relationship with words.
I am a San Francisco-based wordsmith who believes that the words we use have the power to transform the way we think, act and move through our world.
I bask in the magic and in the terror of words, and in the way I’ve been able to find myself and lose myself in them. Telling stories about my experience is a way to call me back to myself. By writing, I am remembering who I am. I am reveling in the tenderness of the human experience. I have learned, much like Scheherazade, that storytelling is the key to staying alive.
I stay up at night thinking about chance encounters, existential paradox, subverting the status quo, and what is means to love and be loved.
